Send an enquiry

Tell me what
your practice needs.

References, quantities and delivery country are the starting point. I review the request before confirming availability or issuing a proforma.

A clear request

Start here.

Complete the details you have. You will be able to review the enquiry before opening it in your email app or copying it.

Practice orders

Minimum 10 products.
Mixed products allowed.

No stock or reservation is implied. Availability and the delivery period are confirmed in writing for the order.

Please do not include patient information. If documents are needed, I will ask for them by email.

How your details are handled
01 Your practice
02 What you need

Use the full product name and pack size where possible. Availability is checked for your request.

03 How to reach you

This prepares a message for your email app. It does not send an email or place an order.

After your message

A reply. Then the checks.
Then an offer.

01

A personal reply

I reply within one working day. If the request needs more information, I explain what is missing.

02

Eligibility and availability

Before a first delivery, I request professional verification. For the order, the product, supply route and written availability are checked.

03

A written proforma

The confirmed goods, total, shipping, payment terms and delivery period are set out before payment. An enquiry itself does not reserve products or create an order.

A quick question.
